Jeffrey Ii’s practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, including compensation and benefits issues arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions.
Jeff advises US and international public and private clients on a wide range of equity and executive compensation matters, including the design and operation of equity compensation, incentive compensation, deferred compensation and other benefit plans, as well as the negotiation and structure of executive employment, retention, change-in-control and separation agreements.
Jeff also advises clients on issues related to qualified retirement plans, executive compensation disclosure and benefits-related corporate governance, securities and tax law matters.
