Jeffrey S. Olshan is a senior associate who focuses his practice on complex litigation matters, including securities litigation, regulatory enforcement and internal investigations. He has experience in internal corporate and government investigations, and has advised clients on a wide variety of regulatory issues.
He has also represented public companies and their officers and directors in connection with government investigations and securities fraud class actions.
Prior to joining WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2014, Mr. Olshan was a judicial intern for the Honorable Cynthia J. Cohen of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, assisting with a variety of civil and criminal issues and performing research for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court’s Committee to Study the Code of Judicial Conduct.
