Jeffrey Pawlitz is a partner in our Financial Restructuring practice and a member of the Alternative Capital and Credit Group. He represents debtors, creditors and investors in a broad range of restructuring matters, including chapter 11 cases, cross-border insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy-related acquisitions.
Jeff has represented a diverse range of clients spanning numerous industries in some of the most complex and contentious bankruptcies in recent years. Jeff has a broad range of experience across a number of industries and has represented clients in multijurisdictional and cross-border matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jeff was a Restructuring partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.
