Jeff is at the forefront of daily developments surrounding the TCPA, its concomitant regulations, and accompanying litigation, allowing him to swiftly develop the appropriate litigation strategy for clients defending against the statute’s crippling statutory damages.
Jeff has significant experience in both state and federal courts. He successfully guides his clients through complex legal problems and business disputes and has successfully litigated numerous multimillion and multibillion dollar class actions. His clients include some of the largest financial institutions both in and outside of Florida, Florida-based oil companies, and publicly traded companies in and outside of the United States.
Above all else, Jeff prides himself on his preventative lawyering mentality, counseling and consulting with clients to assist them in avoiding or minimizing costly and lengthy litigation, unless and until necessary. Jeff’s goal is to ensure the prompt and efficient resolution of disputes for his clients.
