Jeffrey R. Schnayer has prosecuted patents related to semiconductors, power conversion, solid-state memory, lighting, touch screen devices, radio communication and software, and he has counseled clients in various aspects of patent law, including patent infringement and validity analysis, design around and freedom to operate. He also has experience in strategic patent portfolio development.
While attending the University of San Diego School of Law, Jeff served as a patent prosecution intern with a start-up company. There he gained insight into the unique challenges facing start-up companies as they relate to patent protection.
Jeff has programmed several video games and has extensive knowledge of modern interactive entertainment.
