Jeffrey Leslie has advised and defended employers in Title VII discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, age discrimination, class and collective actions, and labor relations and employment-related torts. He has experience in a wide range of industries, including private equity, hospitality, healthcare and manufacturing.
Jeff’s experience includes having taken or defended more than three dozen depositions in a broad range of litigation matters, and handling numerous hearings and motions before courts.
Jeff advises companies regarding compensation practices and taking proactive steps to minimize the risk of liability under state and federal laws, including wage-hour and traditional labor law matters.
Jeff has represented clients before numerous federal and state agencies and has advised clients not only on undertaking action to reduce or minimize potential exposure, but also in formulating strategies to defend employment litigation claims brought against clients.
