Jeffrey Wieland

Jeffrey P. Wieland represents a broad range of real property developers and owners in property acquisitions, project development, leasing, project finance and other matters. He has overseen numerous complex parcel assemblages and has extensive experience with large-scale, multistate development programs, utilizing his experience and knowledge to effectively structure complex projects, including both traditional master planned developments and vertically integrated mixed use projects.

Jeff works with developers, investors and lenders, and has significant experience in a broad range of sectors, including retail, hotel, self-storage, office, industrial, residential, and multifamily.

Jeff also represents clients in leasing transactions involving retail, office, industrial, and ground lease properties, on behalf of both landlords and tenants. High net worth clients look to Jeff for sophisticated representation in the acquisition of both investment and residential properties.
