Jenae Louise Randall

Jenae Randall, of Randall Law Firm, PLLC, is dedicated to offering compassionate representation with quality counsel to clients in the Northwest Arkansas area. Mrs. Randall focuses her practice area to Criminal law, Immigration, Family and Landlord/Tenant Law. The foundation of her firm is based on honesty and integrity.

My goal is to assist each client so that they fully grasp and understand the intricacies of the crime they are charged with and the available steps of legal relief.  I cherish building a solid personal relationship, which comes from a place of compassion and empathy, with each client. My belief is that all my clients should be involved in every step of the case. I respect and appreciate their input and point of view, and we celebrate our success together.

You can expect quality counsel. I will find develop creative means and explore all strategies to get you the desired relief or results. I cannot make any guarantees, but I promise to give you my best effort in order to achieve best result.

You can also expect impressive customer service. My area of practice is not large, as I selectively accept cases. This gives me the ability to understand the client and the circumstance, not just as another case file, but as a valued individual. By maintaining a low client list, I can intimate clients of exactly where their position is in their case and what the next course of action is. I vow to return all phone calls within 24 hours.
