Jennifer Yasko is a commercial litigator with more than 10 years of federal court experience. Her practice focuses on both litigation and counseling in telecommunications and employment matters. Jennifer represents wireless telecom carriers in nationwide litigation.
On behalf of her telecom clients, Jennifer uncovers cell phone trafficking rings and fraud that costs the industry millions of dollars annually. She has filed dozens of suits in more than 20 federal district courts across the country and obtained large judgments and permanent injunctions for her clients.
In addition, Jennifer’s employment practice focuses exclusively on management side representation. Her experience includes defending against multiple wage and hour class action lawsuits.
She has extensive experience in New York and Florida federal and state courts and administrative agencies defending clients from claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
