Jennifer Bunting-Graden

For more than 10 years, Jennifer A. Bunting-Graden has represented clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. She has represented clients in product liability, antitrust, consumer credit, securities, and other general commercial matters and has litigated numerous franchise-related disputes in the automotive industry.

Jennifer has experience with every phase of litigation, from discovery to motions practice to trial and appeal. She also has managed multiple arbitrations of commercial disputes on behalf of both claimants and respondents, and her experience includes defending the validity of arbitration clauses, conducting arbitration proceedings, and enforcing arbitral awards.

Jennifer has an active pro bono practice and has been successful in securing a grant of asylum for clients fleeing persecution based on sexual orientation. She received Immigration Equality’s 2012 Safe Haven Award for excellence in pro bono representation.

Jennifer has spoken or written on numerous litigation topics for CLE seminars, with the most recent being “Autonomous Vehicles: Driving Through the Legal Issues.”

Jennifer is a barrister in the Lamar Inn of Court and serves as the co-chair of the Leadership Council of the Posse Foundation (Atlanta). She is a former junior board member of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Jennifer has managed the Atlanta Office’s United Way giving campaign for several years.
