Jennifer Dollard-Smith is a litigator with experience representing public and private companies in state and federal courts. She has represented clients in consumer class actions, complex business disputes, arbitration proceedings, preliminary injunctions and government investigations. In addition, she has experience defending patent infringement and products liability lawsuits.
An active member of the community, she is the acting co-chair of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association’s Leading with Style fundraiser. Her community efforts also include serving on the Barrister’s Advisory Board for the Potter Stewart Inn of Court, and as a mentor for the Ohio Women’s Bar Association’s law school mentoring program.
While attending the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Jennifer contributed to the University of Cincinnati Law Review as an articles editor and was a fellow of the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic.
