Jennifer Feistritzer is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is a member of the firm’s energy and infrastructure finance practice. Jenna advises clients on a broad range of issues affecting the energy, infrastructure, and clean technology industries. She has worked with established and emerging companies to negotiate and develop customer and consumer agreements for distributed generation, cogeneration, energy efficiency, and construction projects.
She has also represented both developers and investors in financing transactions, including tax equity, corporate finance, and project finance. Her practice includes sales and acquisitions of project assets and special purpose entities, as well as the formation of joint ventures.
Jenna has represented clients in federal and state regulatory matters pertaining to utility-scale energy transactions and power sales, as well as distributed generation consumer contracts.
In addition, she has represented contractors in developing engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance agreements.Jenna’s practice covers a wide array of technologies, including solar, wind, geothermal, hydroelectric, natural gas, storage, and biofuels.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenna was an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster LLP and worked on secondment as acting general counsel for a venture capital and private equity group in Silicon Valley.Before attending law school, Jenna lived in Volgograd, Russia, where she taught English.
