Jennifer Graber is an associate who focuses her practice on intellectual property matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Graber was a judicial intern for the Honorable Eric N. Vitaliano of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. While there, she assisted in drafting opinions on topics including social security, criminal law and habeas corpus.
Previously, Ms. Graber was a research analyst with the Insurance Archaeology Group where she performed research on behalf of large corporations and law firms assessing potential environmental and toxic tort liabilities.
In 2012, she was a business and client services analyst with Park IP, where she processed projects for foreign filing of patents. Before college, Ms. Graber conducted epilepsy research in a neuroscience laboratory as a research assistant at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.
