Jennifer Haley-Gleason is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee, FL office where her practice focuses on workers’ compensation. She has practiced law for nearly 20 years and has defended employers and carriers in workers’ compensation cases throughout Florida, including arbitrations, mediations, hearings, depositions, evidentiary and non-evidentiary hearings and preparing and arguing appeals.
She is also experienced with general civil litigation as well as bankruptcy, probate and estate planning. Licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia, Jennifer is certified to practice in the Middle and Northern United States District Courts of Florida.
The United States Department of Veterans Affairs certified her to prosecute claims before their Administrative Hearing Department and she has argued cases in Florida before the First District Court of Appeals and the Law Enforcement Qualifications Board.
A 1996 graduate of Stetson University College of Law (FL), Jennifer clerked with the United States Attorney’s Office – Civil Division in Tampa, Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judge David Demers, Orange County Florida’s County Attorney’s Office, and the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit’s Public Defender’s Office. She also earned her bachelor’s degree from Stetson University.
