
Jennifer C. Jones is a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney with a decade of experience spanning both military and Department of Justice service. She has worked on cases ranging from violent crime to criminal antitrust.
Throughout her career, Ms. Jones has first-chaired over 45 jury and bench trials. She has also advised senior government leadership on all aspects of investigations and trial. Her unique background, working on both defense and prosecution, affords Ms. Jones the opportunity to bring a diverse perspective to her law practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jones most recently served as a criminal litigation consultant and training coordinator, as well as a trial attorney, with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
She led investigations, trial teams, and consulted with criminal antitrust trial teams across the country on a variety of trial issues. She also served as an assistant United States attorney in North Dakota and litigated a variety of cases.
As a U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG), Ms. Jones served as the senior prosecutor and Chief of Policy and Procedure for the Special Victims Unit. At a time when the military was under intense scrutiny from Congress for its handling of sexual assault cases, Ms. Jones was first to take on the role of advising attorneys and agents, Air Force wide, on proper handling, investigating, and prosecuting these cases.
She advised commanders and leadership on appropriate procedures and assisted in creating new policies for case handling. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Jones was a Human Resources officer.
Prior to retiring from the United States Air Force, Ms. Jones served as an Enlisted Airman and an Officer in New Jersey, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Washington D.C., South Korea, and Italy.
