Jennifer Commander’s practice includes advising public and private companies in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, and securities offerings.
Jennifer graduated (magna cum laude) from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington and Lee Law Review. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude) in English and Spanish from Birmingham-Southern College.
