
Jennifer Fletcher is a seasoned litigator with both in-house and private-practice experience handling a wide variety of claims for clients in the retail, food and beverage, manufacturing, and transportation industries, among others.
With a broad legal background that includes handling an array of commercial litigation, corporate/transactional, and contractual matters, Jennifer offers clients depth and breadth of experience and the ability to provide general legal advice and risk assessment on day-to-day business operations and corporate initiatives.
She routinely appears in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts for pre-trial motions, conferences, and hearings in support of her clients.
Jennifer earner her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2012, where she was the Associate Editor and Symposium Editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and participated in the school’s International Human Rights Study Abroad Program in France and Switzerland.
She was also a legal intern with the Hon. Deanne M. Wilson in Superior Court of New Jersey’s Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate.
