Jennifer Queliz is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Department whose practice runs the gamut of labor and employment law. She represents both public and private-sector clients in matters involving claims of discrimination, wage and hour violations, non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants, Family and Medical Leave Act issues.
She represents clients in litigation in federal and state court, as well as before administrative agencies. She also provides advice and counsel on a wide range of labor and employment issues to both public and private-sector clients.
Jen received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Fordham University, College at Lincoln Center. While in law school, Jen was a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and a teaching assistant for Legal Writing.
She also served as a co-editor of the Judge Paul J. Kelly Trial Advocacy Competition, and a competing member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocates. Prior to and throughout law school, Jen spent six years in various roles with the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
