Jennifer Schramm is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s New York office and a member of the Mass Tort and Toxic Tort & Environmental practice. Jennifer’s practice centers on the representation of corporations in complex, high-stakes mass and class action litigations.
Jennifer is a member of the King & Spalding team serving as national, regional, and/or strategic counsel for clients in a variety of industries including safety, automotive, and technology that face large-scale or viral litigation threats.
Jennifer graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Jennifer was national runner up in the Merhige Environmental Negotiation Moot competition as a 1L and competed at the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. She coached intercollegiate cross-examination debate for five years and prior to that, was a nationally ranked high school and college policy debater. She is fluent in German.
