Jennifer Stewart

Jennifer Taylor Stewart is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Mass Tort and Toxic Tort and Product Liability practices. Jennifer defends Fortune 100 and other large companies in a wide range of complex litigation matters, including pharmaceutical and other product liability, toxic tort and commercial cases. She also has significant deposition, motion, case management and trial experience.

King & Spalding’s Tort Litigation practice was selected by The American Lawyer in 2012 as one of the top three in the United States, and the Product Liability practice was selected by Law360 in 2014 as one of the top five in the United States.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Jennifer spent several years as an associate at a business litigation firm in New York City, where she was a member of litigation and trial teams, defending Fortune 100 companies in product liability and toxic tort cases.

Jennifer obtained her Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. In law school, she served as the senior note and comment editor for the Commlaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications Law and Policy.
