Jennifer T. Langley is a multifaceted and experienced attorney who practices in both transactional work and litigation. She focuses mainly on corporate and business matters, bankruptcy, civil litigation and wills, trusts, and estates.
Drawing on her years of experience practicing in high level litigation, corporate restructuring, and business consulting, Ms. Langley brings a unique and valuable perspective to the practice of law.
Born in Norfolk, Virginia, Ms. Langley received her B.S. from University of North Carolina- Pembroke, her M.B.A. from Regent University, and her J.D. from the Washington & Lee School of Law.
Ms. Langley is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Tidewater Bankruptcy Bar Association. She lectures frequently on legal issues involving bankruptcy and corporate matters.
In addition to all Virginia state courts, she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, and U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
