Jeremy P. Auster is an associate in Weil’s Complex Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property and Media practice groups. Mr. Auster’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial litigation, as well as copyright, trademark, music licensing and other IP disputes.
Mr. Auster received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham IP, Media and Entertainment Law Journal and a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar, and received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.
