
Jeremy C. Cain is an associate in Weil’s Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters in state and federal court, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums.
Mr. Cain has provided pro bono legal services to artists and non-profit organizations through the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in matters involving copyright and trademark.
Prior to joining Weil, Mr. Cain worked as an associate at a boutique litigation firm, where he focused on multi-district litigation.
Mr. Cain received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board, won the ABA’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition Regional Championship, and coached the Mock Trial Team.
