Jeremy David Greenberg’s practice spans the full range of employment issues, including Wage and Hour, Title VII, ADA, and FMLA claims as well as their state and local counterparts. He has worked to resolve disputes for clients in court, administrative proceedings, and in arbitration.
Prior to joining Clark Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Greenberg worked as an intern and law clerk at various organizations during law school, focusing on the areas of employment, labor, and consumer rights.
These organizations included Service Employees International Union; the Department of Labor, Office of Solicitor, Civil Rights and Labor-Management Division; Consumers Union; and Public Citizen.
Mr. Greenberg has also worked in the area of voting rights, volunteering as a part of the Democratic Party of Virginia’s Voter Protection program since 2011 and a deputy director of the program in 2013. He also interned at the election law firm Sandler, Reiff, Young & Lamb, P.C.
Mr. Greenberg earned his J.D. at George Mason University School of Law in 2013, graduating cum laude, where he was an assistant editor for the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal and a contributing editor for the Journal of Legal Metrics.
He graduated summa cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and classical civilizations. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, District of Maryland, and District of Columbia.
