Jeremy S. Kreisberg is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kreisberg clerked for U.S. Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan and Judge Stephen Reinhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Between his clerkships, Mr. Kreisberg served as special assistant to the general counsel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. He also worked as an associate at a litigation boutique, where he represented clients in appellate matters.
Mr. Kreisberg earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, and served as notes editor for the Harvard Law Review. He graduated with a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan.
