Jeremy Ostrander is a litigator in the Firm’s Antitrust and Commercial Litigation Groups. He has litigation experience in matters involving general commercial disputes, civil and criminal antitrust claims, intellectual property disputes and commercial arbitrations.
Mr. Ostrander has also participated in competition related internal investigations and compliance work for clients in the United States and Europe.
Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Ostrander worked as an associate in the class action defense and financial services litigation practices of a California-based law firm, where he focused primarily on class action litigation defense involving Federal laws regulating the lending industry, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Truth in Lending Act, as well as California’s Unfair Competition Law.
