Elected co-president and co-managing director in 2012, Jeremy Roth guides the strategic direction and global growth strategy for the world’s largest labor and employment law firm. Jeremy also oversees the management and operations of Littler’s more than 1,500 attorneys and 80 offices worldwide.
Since his election to co-president and co-managing director, he has played a significant role in expanding the firm’s global presence to include new offices throughout Central and Latin America, as well as Europe.
Additionally, Jeremy serves on the firm’s board of directors and on the board of Littler Global. Prior to his election, Jeremy was a full-time litigator and was the office managing shareholder of Littler’s San Diego office where he served in that capacity for 12 years.
Named one of the Most Powerful Employment Attorneys by Human Resource Executive and Lawdragon Inc., Jeremy has more than 27 years of experience handling labor and employment matters.
Before taking the co-leadership role at Littler, Jeremy represented retailers, hotels and other management clients in state and federal courts and before various government agencies.
He defended employers in all phases of litigation, including through jury trials, and has handled countless mediations and arbitrations in the areas of alleged discrimination, wrongful termination, employment-related torts, wage and hour claims, and class and collective action claims.
The media regularly turn to Jeremy for comments on legal industry trends and he has been quoted extensively in a variety of business and legal publications both in the U.S. and globally.
