Jeremy S. Boczko

Jeremy litigates intellectual property rights underlying brands and innovations within a variety of industries, including banking and financial services, fashion, pharmaceuticals, electronics and computer software.

Jeremy has represented major clients in trademark, copyright and patent trials in federal and administrative courts and § 337 ITC proceedings, and regularly counsels clients on IP due diligence and portfolio acquisition.  He similarly assists luxury goods and consumer products companies enforce their intellectual property rights through anti-counterfeiting measures and infringement actions.

Jeremy’s proficiency extends to e-commerce, and he has substantial experience in the acquisition of internet properties and cybersecurity issues. He is often called upon by clients to create and enforce anti-piracy programs, and regularly counsels clients on branding issues related to the Internet.

Jeremy earned his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Fordham Law School where he was a Mary Daly Scholar and earned the Archibald R. Murray Public Interest Award. Jeremy earned his B.S., cum laude, from Yeshiva University in Chemistry. His undergraduate research centered on the use of neutron diffraction in determination of the polycrystalline structure of metals.

He is a member of the trademark and copyright committees of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association, and a member of the International Trademark Association.
