Jeremy Wieck

Jeremy J. Wieck’s practice is focused primarily on the defense of complex national products liability cases with an emphasis on federal multi-district litigation and coordinated state litigation. Jeremy has represented such clients as Covidien, Bayer Corporation, Boston Scientific, and AbbVie.

Jeremy’s experience ranges from developing and implementing defense strategies at the early stages of nationwide litigation to managing and litigating individual actions and multi-district litigation in jurisdictions across the country.

In addition to litigation defense, Jeremy has worked with his clients to develop effective settlement programs and case valuation systems in order to take advantage of efficient and cost-saving strategies in situations where settlement is the preferred course of action for all parties involved.

Jeremy also has experience in the collection, organization, analysis and production of client documents, including the translation and review of foreign language documents. He has managed large-scale document collections and reviews with the assistance of third-party document review service providers.

Jeremy’s expertise includes asserting and defending claims based on the attorney-client privilege, the work product doctrine and confidentiality.

Jeremy often works closely with other national and local counsel on various pre-trial and trial preparation activities to ensure the cases filed in their litigations are developed in a consistent and efficient manner.
