
Jerilynne V. Ming is a senior staff attorney in the firm’s WilmerHale Discovery Solutions department, focused on substantive and strategic areas of discovery for Litigation Controversy matters. She joined the firm in 2007.
Ms. Ming focuses her practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, she works with other attorneys, litigation support coordinators, and paralegals in order to provide efficient and cost effective discovery in litigations and investigations.
Senior/Staff attorneys on these teams manage matters to create smarter document review processes through strategic and tactical work from preservation to collection and through review and production. In this role they utilize the firm’s internal review software as well as e-discovery vendors’ review and analytical tools.
From 2005-2007, Ms. Ming was a staff attorney with other major firms in the Washington DC area. Previously, she served as a project manager and contract attorney with DC firms, supervising and conducting privilege review in global media and technology litigation, and for submissions to the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Committee relating to Hart-Scott-Rodino Act compliance, including privilege defense, fact development, large scale document production and privilege review.
She also served as part of a deposition team for a high profile computer software litigation case involving copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and various antitrust violations.
