J.R. is an attorney, businessman, and servant of those in need. After practicing law in Colorado for 14 years, J.R. founded GLO in 2016 to provide honest, personal, and compassionate legal services to small and medium-sized businesses and individuals.

His diverse experiences over 14 years practicing real estate, construction defects, construction and commercial contracts and disputes, mechanic’s liens, complex civil litigation, auto accident law, medical negligence, health care and ERISA, appellate practice, commercial transactions, commercial law, traffic and minor criminal, guardianship and business formation and development brings a well-rounded, practical and experienced sensibility to his counsel and advocacy for his clients.

As a sole practitioner with former bigger firm experience, J.R. has the know-how to handle a variety of litigation, personal, business and real estate matters in a individualized and cost-effective fashion.

He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.

J.R. also supports the needs of his community by offering his legal advice to the underserved, as well as working with youth, the incarcerated, and veterans as a counselor at law and teacher of yoga and mediation.

J.R. grew up in Baltimore, Maryland as the oldest of five children. He went to Calvert Hall High School, studied Economics and English Literature at James Madison University and received his law degree from University of Colorado in Boulder in 2002.
