Jerry A. Moore practices principally in the area of urban real estate development, condemnation, employment defense litigation and administrative law and is the author of published articles on these subjects.
His practice includes representation of developers, employers, healthcare institutions, retail stores, financial institutions, universities, churches, community organizations, energy companies, nonprofit corporations, and communications companies in a variety of real estate, employment litigation, legislative, and administrative law matters.
Experience : Jerry serves as outside counsel on real estate matters to Safeway, Inc. in the development and redevelopment of its retail centers in the District of Columbia.
He has also served as land use counsel to Hines Interests in its development of the Old Convention Center site and to the National Capital Revitalization Corporation in zoning and land use matters.
Jerry has also provided land use and zoning counsel to MedStar Health, Crescent Resources, The George Washington University, Howard University, and the Government of the District of Columbia, among other major clients. His practice extends to zoning, environmental, eminent domain, and administrative law matters.
