Jessica B. Prochaska

Jessica Prochaska focuses her practice on personal injury claims, pharmaceutical mass torts, and complex commercial litigation. Originally from Washington, D.C., Ms. Prochaska received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and her J.D. from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

While in law school, Ms. Prochaska was an intern with Nike’s Sports Law Practice Group, Octagon Sports Marketing, and the Milwaukee Bucks. She was also a law clerk with the United States Olympic Committee in Colorado Springs.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Prochaska practiced law in Dayton, Ohio with a large, reputable law firm. While in law school, Ms. Prochaska was on the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review and the Marquette Sports Law Review.

She then became the Managing Editor of the Marquette Sports Law Review. Ms. Prochaska was a member of the Marquette Sports Law Moot Court team and participated in the national competition held in New Orleans.
