Jessica L. Middendorf is an Associate in Stoll Keenon Ogden’s Lexington office and first joined the firm in 2012. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy, non-bankruptcy workouts, and creditors’ rights, as well as commercial and business litigation in Kentucky state courts and in federal courts inside and outside of Kentucky.
She is licensed to practice in Kentucky as well as Tennessee, and Jessica’s background includes serving as a law clerk to the Honorable David W. Houston, III, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Mississippi. Jessica is a member of the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice as well as the Business Litigation practice.
