Jessica Djilani is an associate in Weil’s Litigation Department and a member of the Firm’s Securities Litigation practice, where she focuses on securities fraud class action litigation, shareholder derivative suits, and litigation arising from mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Djilani also has experience advising with respect to governmental and regulatory investigations.
Ms. Djilani currently serves as a member of the Foreign & Comparative Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Prior to joining Weil, Ms. Djilani clerked for the Honorable Shelley C. Chapman of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. She is fluent in French.
