An award-winning litigator and crisis communications strategist, Jessica is licensed to practice law before all Colorado state courts, the Federal District Court of Colorado, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
While the majority of Jessica’s practice focuses on high-conflict litigation, she has also successfully championed hundreds of diverse client matters outside of court, including through mediation and other means of alternate dispute resolution.
Prior to commencing her law career, Jessica honed her skills at all levels of government and media, first as a beat reporter, and then onto Washington, D.C. where she worked as a U.S. Senate Press Secretary, and as a candidate for the Colorado Senate.
At the cutting edge of multiple areas of national legal and policy debate, Jessica’s commentary and analysis are featured frequently by local and national media. Previously, her columns were regularly featured by Huffington Post, Denver Postand Human Events.
