Jessica E. Sabbath is a Senior Attorney in King & Spalding’s Contracts and Business Torts practice. She has 14 years of experience litigating complex commercial matters in state and federal courts around the country at the trial and appellate levels, as well as extensive arbitration experience.
Jessica focuses her practice on construction-related disputes, breach of contract claims, and business torts. She has represented clients on numerous construction-related matters involving design and construction defects, delays, and cost overruns arising from a variety of commercial, infrastructure, and energy projects.
She has also tried or arbitrated a variety of commercial disputes on behalf of prominent companies across many industries, including companies in the manufacturing, oil and gas, power, and real estate industries.
Jessica received her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, in 2004 from Tulane University School of Law, where she was Senior Associate Editor of the Tulane Law Review.
Jessica is admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and Georgia state courts. Jessica is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law.
She has served on the Executive Council and Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia and as a co-chair of the Business Law Committee of the YLD. She also regularly volunteers with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, a non-profit foundation that provides legal representation to persons of low income.
