Ms. Jessica M. Stricklin is an associate in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office. Ms. Stricklin advises clients on all aspects of qualified retirement and welfare plan design and administration. Ms. Stricklin assists clients in drafting plan documents, plan amendments, and participant communication materials, as well as correcting operational and fiduciary errors.
She assists clients on matters relating to executive compensation arrangements, cafeteria plans, tax-qualified pension plans, 401(k) plans, and health and welfare plans, including compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, the Affordable Care Act, Cobra, and HIPAA. She also has experience counseling clients on employee benefit aspects of corporate transactions.
