Jessica Beess und Chrostin is an associate in King & Spalding’s New York office and a member of the International Arbitration practice. Her practice focuses on commercial, investor-State, and State-to-State arbitration.
Jessica represents clients in international telecommunications, construction, energy, banking, employment and pharmaceutical disputes. She is experienced in all phases of international arbitration in both ad hoc and administered proceedings, including under the arbitration rules of the ICC, ICDR/AAA, ICSID, JAMS, NAFTA, and UNCITRAL.
Jessica is Adjunct Professor of Law at Vanderbilt Law School, where she teaches investment arbitration. She is also a Program Committee Member and Special Aide of the 111th Annual Meeting of the American Society of International Law. She is a frequent writer and speaker on topics relating to international arbitration.
Jessica received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and her B.A. cum laude from Columbia University. She has conducted legal studies at Cambridge University.
