Jevechius Bernardoni focuses his practice on employee mobility, trade secret misappropriation, intellectual property licensing disputes, transactional risk assessment, and bankruptcy. Mr. Bernardoni advises clients in a broad range of industries, including personal electronics, technology, health care, and investment banking.
Mr. Bernardoni has represented clients in state and federal courts, and he has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules and multiple mediations in JAMs.
Prior to joining Weil, Mr. Bernardoni served as a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Mahan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
