Caused delays to secure more than $100K in fees for her network of referral for a fee illegal kickback scheme friends!
Anything involving scam attorney JAILlian Hindo should be avoided entirely. She’s a predatory, false advertising liar who actively engaged in fraudulent dealings in a terrible years-long illegal and elaborate third party kickback scheme, while allowing tens of thousands of dollars in unnecessary professional fees to be charged against the estate of her disabled, dependent client’s dead parent, she literally does not have a soul; this witch entered into an attorney client relationship with me, then misrepresented my interests and delayed the matter by egregiously engaging in deceptive acts like filing an appearance with the wrong case number hoping nobody would notice, refusing to protect or maintain my rights, then ignoring me or misleading me just to run the statute of limitations time down, and violating so many rules of professional conduct to do so, FOR YEARS, then finally chose to lie about not getting any response from the opposing party in my case for 6 months, while she literally represented them in other matters in court. I’m left traumatized for trusting her, don’t do the same!!!
Stole My Inheritance
Jillian handled My Father’s Estate when he passed away.
She had the Estate sue me for business equipment that I purchased back in 2007. I refinanced my home at the time, pulled out the money and bought the equipment. Now, she had the Estate sue me for it. It was equipment I used for a business my father and I owned together. In 2007 I paid $20,000, today she charged me $18,000. She had me evicted from my fathers home. Even though, I was living there when he passed away. Charging me $800 in court fees and $5000 in Attorney fees. I lost my home, my business, everything when we decided to hire Jillian. She is a horrible Attorney and an even worse human being. I received $3,000 for my inheritance when I was supposed to receive $27,000. Worst of all, she blamed it all on the probate judge.
She is a con artist criminal!
The court didn’t make her do anything. Most informal probates are not supervised, she did it to rack up her fees like she does in all other cases she’s involved in, she is a greedy, embezzling, unethical, and untrustworthy witch!! Leave reviews everywhere, protect future people from falling victim to this monster and her deceptive business practices.
