Jillian L. Szymonifka represents and advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law. As a Peggy Browning Fund Fellow during law school, Jillian interned with the New York State United Teachers, where she assisted staff attorneys with strategic representation of teachers and school-related professionals in matters such as disciplinary proceedings, federal and state litigation, and proceedings at the Public Employee Relations Board.
In addition, she served as a legal intern for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Office of Special Counsel at the New York State Department of Labor. Jillian was notes and articles editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal and participated in the law school’s mediation clinic.
