Mr. Hariton – Trial Lawyer and Litigator – is a multiple state bar member who is additionally certified to practice before all of the Federal Courts of the State of California.
He has secured numerous personal injury recoveries in excess of the one million dollar benchmark for plaintiffs and litigated multimillion dollar claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Mr. Hariton, an athlete and honor student at Beverly Hills High School, was awarded a California State Full Scholarship. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from U.C.L.A. where he also studied Mathematics.
Mr. Hariton had the honor and distinction of receiving his law school admissions letter of reference and recommendation from famed U.C.L.A. Mathematics Professor Ernst Straus under whom Mr. Hariton studied at length.
Mr. Hariton obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University and proudly received Southwestern’s Exceptional Achievement Award in International Protection of Human Rights, a subject rather dear to him.
Mr. Hariton has practiced law in California for more than twenty-five years. He has served as lead counsel in numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations.
