Joey Núñez Aybar is a senior associate specializing in labor and employment matters, as well as real estate. He also has significant experience with commercial, corporate, aviation, retail and tax matters.
Joey has advised both Dominican and international clients in diverse business ventures in the Dominican Republic, including the installation and shut down of free-zone operations, incorporation of local corporate vehicles and real estate acquisitions.
Likewise, Joey has assisted clients in the negotiation and drafting of agreements in connection with their business ventures in the Dominican Republic, including employment agreements, outsourcing agreements, service and supply agreements, distribution agreements, lease agreements, share purchase agreements, real estate purchase agreements, among others.
Joey served as vice-president of the Dominican Chapter of the Latin American Council for the Study of International and Comparative Law (COLADIC-RD), and is currently an active member of the organization.
