After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University in 1973, Mr. Montevideo was accepted into Western State University College of Law and relocated to California. While attending Western State, Mr. Montevideo worked as a respiratory therapist. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1978.

For the past 32+ years, Mr. Montevideo has honed his skills as a work injury and personal injury attorney in Orange County, CA, primarily dealing in the area of general negligence, workers’ compensation, premises liability, car accidents, products liability, and construction law.

Located within the heart of California, his practice handles cases in the areas of Workers Compensation and has victoriously challenged third party claims on behalf of persons who have suffered catastrophic injuries or have died while on the job.

Mr. Montevideo works tirelessly on behalf of his clients to provide the highest level of representation possible to ensure that all of his clients are treated fairly.

He is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, and participant in the Mock Trial Program of the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Orange County, a faculty member for the Orange County College of Trial Advocacy, and an active member of the American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America).

Mr. Montevideo is a frequent lecturer for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California. He is also a lecturer for California State University, Fullerton; California State University, Long Beach; Western State University, College of Law; and Forensic Consultants Association.
