John M. Brigagliano focuses his practice on cybersecurity, outsourcing agreements, data privacy, technology licensing, and contracts and commercial agreements. While attending law school, John worked as a summer associate with the firm in 2016 and 2017 where he worked with the Global Sourcing and Technology Group as well as with the Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities, and Corporate Group. He drafted business documents including a proxy statement and board of directors’ written consents, authored research memoranda on intellectual property, tax, and conflicts committees, and developed data privacy and security compliance documents for clients. John served as a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant and the Executive Authorities Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.
Prior to launching his legal career, John was a Special Education Teacher at Seaford Senior High School in Seaford, Delaware where he was placed as part of Teach for America and along with teaching students with disabilities, he coached varsity golf.
