John Wright’s practice is focused on counseling clients in various corporate matters, business insolvencies and restructurings, and commercial litigation. His corporate and transactional practice includes advising clients on stock and asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters.
With respect to his insolvency and restructuring practice, he focuses on representing creditors and other parties in interest in out-of-court workouts, chapter 11 reorganizations, chapter 7 liquidations, and associated litigation in distressed situations. John has widespread experience across multiple practice areas and industries, which enables him to help clients avoid hurdles in the first instance, and to find practical solutions to problems.
