John Cantrell is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Finance & Investments Practice Group. Jack represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of M&A and corporate matters.
Jack earned his law degree and M.B.A. from the University of Virginia School of Law and the Darden Graduate School of Business in 2014, where he served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Rivanna Investments, was awarded the John Glynn Scholarship for devotion to interest in business, and served as Articles Editor of the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology. Jack earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University in 2009.
Prior to joining King and Spalding, Jack was a mergers and acquisitions associate at White & Case LLP in New York.
