He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut in 1981. Attorney Tunila received his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law and he has been awarded a Masters of Law in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
Attorney Tunila is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society, Downtown Manchester Special Services District, the Order of the White Carnation of the Delta Chi Fraternity.
