John Boggs, member, has extensive experience in probate practice and litigation; advanced estate planning techniques; mergers and acquisitions of closely held business interests as well as the organization, operation, and termination of the same; preparation of buy-sell agreements; leveraged buy-out, roll-up and lending transactions; and other general contract negotiations.
Mr. Boggs focuses his estate planning practice on high net worth individuals and succession planning for closely held business interests. He lectures frequently on estate planning topics to members of the local financial community including stockbrokers, insurance agents and financial planners. He also represents a number of medical professionals in connection with the organization, operation and termination of their practices.
